Meeting Notice
The next BSVCA General
Membership Meeting will take place on January 30, 2012 at the Beatley
Central Library (5005 Duke Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22304) from
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. At the April quarterly meeting, BSVCA members will be asked to
vote on changes to the Association's Bylaws. And initial group of fourteen of the proposed changes can be seen by clicking HERE.

In 2007, the City of Alexandria prepared a
soil report regarding the development of the 5325 Polk Avenue.
This study, number DSP-2005-0012, and dated June 5, 2007, was intended
to study the impact of putting 17 townhomes on the site. The data
contained on topography, soil, drainage and road conditions is still
