general membership of the association will be voting on a set of Bylaws
amendments at the April 30 general meeting (Beatley Central Library,
7:00 PM). The amendments are listed HERE. |
In 2007, the City of Alexandria prepared a
soil report regarding the development of the 5325 Polk Avenue.
This study, number DSP-2005-0012, and dated June 5, 2007, was intended
to study the impact of putting 17 townhomes on the site. The data
contained on topography, soil, drainage and road conditions is still
